mondaze

5.15.23

Back to work and shooting monochrome. Delivering flowers by day, and mashing around by night.

First delivery was near Opry Mills mall. As I passed behind the movie theater, the contrast in textures and shapes of the walls interested me.

I pulled out of the parking lot and caught a glimpse of this watery area to my left. The water was covered in green algae and reminded me of a tiny Louisiana swamp.

I finished up my second delivery and outside of the building’s entrance there was a bizarre circle of tricycles all chained together. I wonder how often these actually get used, and if they really have a problem with them getting stolen?

Fiddler’s Inn

After work I met up with the homie Rory at his new record shop and creative space, Soulfolks. He was nice enough to let me hang some 8x10 prints up. Extra proud moment right here!

If you’re in the Nashville area, go check out the shop @ 115 E Old Hickory Blvd. Nashville, TN and pick up some records, tapes, and prints!

These particular framed prints are $50ea.

I got the itch to hop on the bomber after dinner for a night ride.

Slow shutter tricks.

Rode down to the Cumberland just in time to see General Jackson creep under the pedestrian bridge.

I decided to take an alternate route home and noticed this black and white street kitty walking about. It stopped just long enough for me to snap a pic. :)

It’s been a long and fruitful day! My body is sore from the ride and I’m ready to pass out. Thanks for taking a look.
